We have designed our online ordering facility not only to be highly secure but also quick and simple;
1st click - Once you have added items to your basket, confirm and check out
2nd click - Enter your address and any special instructions
3rd click - Enter payment details through our secure payments provider
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location.
If your order is obviously incomplete or over-delivered you must inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone during our published office hours 01580 201518 or email email@example.com
If a delivery is made by a third party carrier, it is your responsibility to check the item for any visible damage before you sign for it. If for any reason you are unable to check the items there and then, you must sign for as 'goods received as unchecked'
All items, including signed for as unchecked, must be fully inspected within 24hrs of receipt. We must be contacted immediately if there appears to be any damage or faults.Returns
The following are not covered by right of return:
Custom-ordered purchases - unless faulty
Goods that have not been assembled e.g. delivered flat pack on request which, would usually have been delivered fully joined
Goods sold with known faults
Misused them and caused a fault, perhaps through the use of incompatible accessories or,
Tried their own repair or had someone else attempt a repair, which has damaged the goodsReturns procedure

We will issue you with further instructions and can arrange on your behalf for the collection of product(s) you wish to return.
Items have been dispatched using our Palletised Delivery Service that are simply unwanted will be refunded less the following charges;
Original delivery charge - as detailed on invoice
Cost of return postage and package - billed at the same rate as the original delivery charge
Items bought on a 'Free Delivery' promotion will be subjected to the same conditions and refunded less the following charges;
