What is PCI DSS?

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard to protect card data is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and Mastercard, supported by all banks.

Compliance with this standard is compulsory for all merchants who accept payment cards. You must be PCI DSS compliant if you handle, process or store payment card details either on computer or on paper. There are severe penalties if card information is compromised as a result of non-conformance with PCI DSS. As part of your agreement with your acquirer, you agree to these penalties.

The Creditcall infrastructure (which powers Actinic Payments) has been accredited by qualified security assessors to the highest possible standard available under the PCI DSS scheme. Therefore, using Actinic Payments ensures that all servers where you or your customers key in payment card details are PCI DSS compliant.

How to use a Coupon Code

Copon Codes are entered after you have checked out.

Anytime you want to take advantage of one of our promotions, simply copy the coupon code and paste it into the Coupons Section on the second page of checkout. It will look like this;

1st click - Once you have added items to your basket, confirm and check out

2nd click - Enter your address and any special instructions

3rd click - Enter payment details through our secure payments provider

Returns

The following are not covered by right of return:

Custom-ordered purchases - unless faulty

Goods that have not been assembled e.g. delivered flat pack on request which, would usually have been delivered fully joined

Goods sold with known faults

Accidental damage

Misused them and caused a fault, perhaps through the use of incompatible accessories or,

Tried their own repair or had someone else attempt a repair, which has damaged the goods

Deliveries

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location.

If your order is obviously incomplete or over-delivered you must inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone during our published office hours 0800 298 5488 or email customerservice@wealdenfinefurniture.co.uk

If a delivery is made by a third party carrier, it is your responsibility to check the item for any visible damage before you sign for it. If for any reason you are unable to check the items there and then, you must sign for as 'goods received as unchecked'

All items, including signed for as unchecked, must be fully inspected within 24hrs of receipt. We must be contacted immediately if there appears to be any damage or faults.

We will not be held responsible for any claims to cover costs of returning goods if we have not been notified within the above timescales.


Returns procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

Returns via courier collection

Email customerservice@wealdenfinefurniture.co.uk and request a 'Courier Collection' form

We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return

Returns via a Wealden Fine Furniture shop

Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to our warehouse;
