Large 3.5 x 2.5m Rectangular Garden Parasol. Our range of Wooden Teak Umbrellas are ideal as stand alone Patio Umbrellas - when used with one of our Parasol bases or as the perfect complement to any of our Garden Dining Tables this summer! Choose from White, Green and Blue covers to match our range of Garden Cushions.
Key Features
We have had our Parasols specially designed with solid Teak poles, hubs and ribs. We have dispensed with the weak brass ring that most parasols feature and replaced it with our own solid brass hub.
All come complete with a double pulley system.
We have incorporated a safety wind break in to this, our largest parasol, to prevent against large gusts. A large section in the top of the canvass will open up to release sudden increases in wind.
Our heavy cotton covers are durable and have been designed to be fully removable for storage and cleaning. Covers are available in 3 colours; Navy Blue, Oyster White and Forest Green to match our range of cushions.
Parasol base not included in the price.
*CURRENTLY IN STOCK BUT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION*
Our Commitment to the Environment
We're committed to ensuring that the timber used in our products has been sourced responsibly. All of our timber comes from Perum Perhutani - the principal plantation forestry operation on the island of Java, Indonesia.
Perum Perhutani is entrusted with the task of ensuring that one of the largest stands of Teak forest in the world is maintained on a sustainable resource basis for future generations by Controlled Timber Harvest, Forestry Maintenance and Sustained-Yield Forest Management by maintaining the careful balance between annual harvesting and forest renewal from reforestation programmes.
Perum Perhutani has now begun using TracElite, in association with the Tropical Forest Trust, as a part of their Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification qualification activities. TracElite delivers verifiable back-to-stump traceability for timber movements to help reduce illegal logging by providing evidence that timber is from verified legal sources and by providing specific information on the original source of the timber.
