How do I arrange a delivery?
95% of items are in stock which means in most cases, you can collect within 24 - 48hrs! If you purchase online and then decide to collect the complete order from our warehouse, we will refund all delivery charges.
We offer a Home Delivery Service on pre-arranged days. Before booking a delivery, please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs.
Home Delivery Service = 1 Man, Kerbside Drop Off - please note that If you are taking delivery of a large or heavy piece of furniture please arrange for an extra set of hands
Payment for delivery is made at time of purchase
Our delivery service requires you to ensure that access for the delivery of goods to your desired location is suitable. We cannot accept responsibility if delivery is not possible for this reason, and therefore we cannot accept cancellation of the purchase on the grounds of access.
What if I'm out when you deliver?
With a parcel delivery, if there is no one in, the courier will leave a card with contact details for an alternative delivery or collection from depot
If we attempt to make a delivery at a day and time you have agreed and no one is present to receive the goods, a repeat delivery charge may be made.

Will I be able to order online and then pick up in the store?
Yes, but you will need to contact us to arrange a collection date
Can I order delivery to a different name or address?
Yes, when you go through the payment process there is an option to send goods to another address
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can. Our delivery partners can issue you with a tracking code when your order is booked in for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for, or they will be returned to our distribution depot. If that happens, someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. You may incur an additional extra delivery charge.
Can I change my delivery date?
If your item is being delivered by us, you can change your delivery day up to 72 hours prior to delivery. Contact us immediately with your new delivery date
What happens if my delivery has a shortage, overage or is damaged?
If your order is obviously incomplete or over-delivered you must inform us IMMEDIATELY by telephone during our published office hours 01580 201518 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If a delivery is made by a third party carrier, it is your responsibility to check the item for any visible damage before you sign for it. If for any reason you are unable to check the items there and then, you must sign for as 'goods received as unchecked'
All items, including signed for as unchecked, must be fully inspected within 24hrs of receipt. We must be contacted immediately if there appears to be any damage or faults.
We will not be held responsible for any claims to cover costs of returning goods if we have not been notified within the above timescales.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
If any items you order are not available we will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed.
If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
We will require a daytime telephone number and a mobile phone number as we may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery is kerbside drop only
Furniture can only be delivered within the UK but we are happy to deliver to a shipment company of your choice who can then organise overseas delivery. Please contact 01580 201518 or email email@example.com for details.
